Before the Import
Someone has handed you a spreadsheet of organizations to bring into a CRM. Before it goes anywhere, this tool finds the records that need a decision, helps you ask the person who made the file the right questions, and leaves you with a record of what you decided.
You leave with: reviewed records, held records with their open issues, a decision log, a note for the file owner, and an optional small test selection. Every record is accounted for.
What this does and doesn't do
Checks run in your browser. Your file's contents stay in this tab. They are not saved, and reloading the page clears them. The website's usual services still run; see Privacy.
The AI step is optional. It runs only when you confirm it. It sends a summary derived from your file: rule codes, counts, record references this tool assigns, file line numbers and value shapes. It does not send names, addresses, EINs, ZIPs, other cell text or your notes. You can read the exact summary first. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request, and the summary goes through this site's server to OpenAI. Privacy explains what each keeps. The AI writes questions and a note. It cannot change a record, approve anything or decide which record is right. If it isn't available, the checks and exports still work, and you can use a basic template, labelled as one.
This is not a certification. Passing these checks means a record fits this file format. It says nothing about whether an organization is real, current or eligible to receive donations, and nothing is sent to any CRM.
It sits before your CRM's own import tools. Those tools map columns and report errors. Bloomerang's, for example, shows a verify step and offers a download of skipped records. Its help calls imports "largely irreversible" and suggests testing a few rows first (Bloomerang help, read 4 November 2026). This tool doesn't replace them. It is for the conversation with the file owner, which an import screen can't have for you.
