I’m Dorian. I write, and I build.

I write about leadership, change, our inner lives, and our relationship with the natural world. I also use AI to build products and test ideas.

Those interests belong together for me. A process can be efficient and still leave someone confused. A draft can sound polished and still miss the point. I care about making the work useful without losing sight of the people who have to use it.

The studio brings that approach to recurring workflows, websites and practical dashboards, alongside independent projects and writing.

I believe in our capacity to care for one another and the world we share. That belief includes clear boundaries, honest disagreement, and accountability for harm. It also means seeking balance—caring for ourselves as well as others, valuing both ambition and rest, and creating with respect for the Earth. Through what I write, build, and share, I want to make room for more understanding, more courage, and more thoughtful ways of living. For me, balance and harmony are things we practice—in our relationships, our work, and our choices.

I work primarily remotely. Occasional San Diego meetings may be possible by arrangement.
