I’ve spent over a decade on the front lines of retail and food service where leadership isn’t a buzzword, it’s a daily test of patience, grit, and empathy. I’ve led teams through chaos, burnout, transformation, and growth. I’ve watched what happens when people are seen… and what happens when they’re not. That’s where my writing begins.

Now, as a student of Environmental Policy & Management with a concentration in Energy & Sustainability, my work lives at the intersection of people, planet, and power. I write with a simple but stubborn purpose: to move the needle. Whether it's unpacking raw truths about leadership, calling out systemic injustice, demystifying sustainability, or reminding folks what democracy demands, I write for those who are paying attention—and for those who are just waking up.
